Includes any products that may be described/observed as a power tool, that is manufactured not to simply rotate the drill or driver bit, but to apply a series of high-speed rotary hammer blows to the driver. That rotary force minimizes the axial force required to keep the driver bit in the recess, so screws seem to just "melt" in.
