Includes any products that can be described/observed as a non-powered safety device that is specifically designed to prevent domestic accidents involving babies or to protect a baby from serious harm in the event that a domestic accident takes place. Includes non-powered devices to prevent a baby or infant in gaining access to dangerous areas or objects in the home such as safety rails, corner protectors.
Excludes: Specifically excludes all powered baby safety protection devices. Excludes products such as Powered Baby Safety Protection Devices, Baby Bath Safety, Baby Monitors, Baby Car Seats, Baby Play-Pens and Locks/Fasteners that are not specifically designed to prevent injury to babies.
