Includes any products that can be described/observed as an electrical device specifically designed to connect an electrical appliance to a fixed electrical power supply socket. These products have male features (contact/pins) that are designed to mate with the female features of an electrical socket/receptacle/outlet that is permanently connected to the mains/live electricity supply. A cable is also attached to the plug to carry the electricity into the electrical appliance. Includes products such as two and three pin plugs and grounded and ungrounded plugs.
Excludes: Specifically excludes all plugs that do not connect an electrical appliance to a fixed electrical power supply socket.
