Includes any products that may be described/observed as a loose granular material that results from the disintegration of rocks and coral. Sand consists of particles smaller than gravel but coarser than silt and can be engineered for a specific purpose. Includes products commonly used for road fill, mixing into aggregate products as well as concrete in construction.
