Includes any products that can be described/observed as flavoured or slightly flavoured water that has been specifically packaged for human consumption, and which may contain additional minerals or other trace elements including a natural or artificial source of carbon dioxide. Includes products that may contain sugars or sweeteners and are labelled and marketed as water and all mineral waters originating from both natural and drilled sources. These mineral waters are characterized by a guaranteed content of certain mineral salts and original microbiological purity. Also includes waters with added calcium.
Excludes: Specifically excludes unflavoured waters. Excludes products such as tonic water, juice drinks, flavoured drinks and soft drinks.
